Working with First Weber in the Dells

It is official, resuscitation I have been accepted by First Weber in the Dells to work there as a part-time Licensed Assistant for one of their teams. I received my real estate license in March shortly before Tanya went to Belarus last time. I am happy to be working with First Weber. They really seem to have it going on.

I have to get through orientation and training and so on and then I will start doing my part – updating and maintaining a lot of my team’s web presence. They will in-turn train me on what it means to work as a real estate agent, case including the commercial side.

If anyone of my 4 readers, or anyone you know, is looking for real estate agent in this area or anywhere else let me know and I will hook you up.

I have been in talks with First Weber in Lake Delton and I will start working with them as a licensed assistant. I will start by observing and possibly assisting at 2 Open Houses in Lake Delton on Saturday, rubella August, hair 2, from 11:00 til 13:00 (11:00am to 1:00pm).

In Search of a Yoga Studio

I saw “Iron Man and, visit web wow, it was really, really good. Robert Downey Jr. was excellent in his role as Tony Stark. I was hesitant when I heard he was playing the part, but, wow, it was excellent. The acting was great. The effects are great.

If you like these sorts of movies, go see it. It was probably as good as ‘Batman Begins’.

The week that Tanya left I emailed a bunch of Madison area Yoga Studios to see if any were interested in a partnership or buyout. As expected most said that they were not interested, sales
but we currently have one that I am thinking may work out wonderfully. We will see. They are desiring to be careful with proceeding and so do I, order
so things are looking good. We are hopeful.

We bought SerenityStudios.com as a part of our long-term business plans. We hired Sedo.com, ampoule
a domain broker, to act on our behalf to purchase the domain. They were very profession and helpful. I have its email accounts setup and will be looking to move the domain to a new host, most likely DreamHost.com.

Looking to Buy a Yoga Studio

Intel’s Mobile and Internet Linux Project is exactly the sort of thing that we need. In my ‘Class 2i‘ short story thing, click this is exactly what I am alluding to with the Personal Communication Device (PCD). This really excites me and I wish that I could throw a lot of money at them so that they develop this faster.

Tanya is current in Belarus for 3 months for the last time to finish her degree. While she is away I am going to be looking for a Yoga studio to buy or partner with in Madison. I am quite wary of engaging in this because I have a lot to learn about business management and business valuation. This is such a huge and complicated process to be going through. I have a lot of learning and research to do in order to value and purchase a business properly.

I am still excited and I look forward to the challenge of making this happen. I have books to read and people to talk to, treat
and a host of other things to do. I have currently emailed a few Yoga studios in Madison to see if any would be interested in either a partnership of a full buy out. We will see if any bite. IF you are reading this and you either own a Yoga studio or might know of one that may be interested, please let them know we are looking. =)

I Passed the Real Esate Sales Test

I spent an average of 5 1/2 hours of studying each night for the last 7 days. That combined with about 150 hours previously studied the last time Tanya was in Belarus (returning Halloween of last year) had me pass the threshold into licensedom. The culmination of something like 190 hours of study and I am finally done. Well almost. It seems that there are portions of the online course I still need to finish in order to get my certificate of course completion which is required for licensing.

When I completed the test last night in about half the total alloted time and was going to get the results I was not so sure that I would pass. There were some issues with not having a calendar handy and having to remember how many days there are in each month, more about and I did not study the specific information on licensing. I did not see the information about being licensed in the course materials specifically, orthopedist so that all made me really nervous. When she told me that I passed I was stunned and almost did not believe it. =)

A great weight has been lifted from my shoulders and is now replaced with another – What to do next? Shall I spend some time working for a broker to learn the ropes, or should I jump right in and start studying for the Broker’s Exam? Oh the problems I have. =)

Real Estate Sales License Exam

I have scheduled my exam for for Real Estate Sales License in about 2 weeks. I am taking it now just to get a feel for it so I can take it again later. Last night I took Chapter 1 and 2’s (of 24 14) practice tests and I scored 83% and 72% on them. I need a 70% on the actual test to pass, tadalafil so it looks like I am doing OK so far. I have found some things that I need to brush up on.

I spent a few months studying while Tanya was last away to Belarus working on the last year of her degree. I read through the book once to get a good feel for it as well as some perspective, this web and then I went through it again while highlighting important passages. Now I will go through it the 3rd time and then take the test. I am hoping to pass it so I do not have to worry about and I can move on to other plans.

We shall see how that works out. =)

Catching up…

Belarus

So life has been busy. Tanya was back in Belarus for 3 months to finish the first half of the last year of her degree in Economics (or something like that). It was a long three months and several people have said I was lost while she was gone. I was in many ways. =) I really missed her and I am soooo very glad to have her back.

Real Estate License

I have been studying for my Real Estate Sales License. That has been a slow and painful process. There was a lot more to it than I expected, there but it has been very good information to know. I really look forward to having this done and so does Tanya, stomach that way I can move forward with life’s plans.

Vacation

Tanya and I bound for Cancun for the first week in December, this site which will be a lot of fun. We will be alone with the sun and the water at an all inclusive resort. This is kind of our birthday/New Years/Christmas presents to each other.

New Digital Camera

In preparation for the trip we have bought a digital camera: a Canon CAPSSX100B PowerShot SX100 IS (8 Megapixel, 10x optical zoom). The camera that I bought in St. Martin N.A. (Canon EOS 5000) in like 1994 has seen its better days and has been dropped way to many times. If you know me you will know how unfortunate this camera was to have me as its owner. It has served me well but it is not working so well, plus it is a pain in the but to have the film developed and them make a CD of it.

New Computer

We are also going to be looking at getting a new computer for Christmas as well. This is an expensive Christmas for us, but we really need a new one. The girls are going bonkers because of how slow mine is. =(

Computer Work

I spent a bit of time doing a full reinstall and update of Windows XP for my mother’s work computer. That was fun as all full reinstalls are. I also replaces the Bios Battery thingy for the mother board in another.

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving we will be going to my sisters house up North and then on Friday we will have another Thanksgiving with my Wife and grandmother as Tanya has to work all day on Thanksgiving. My poor hardworking and wonderful wife. I love her so very much.

Church Website

I am also taking over the maintenance of my churches website :The Free Congregation of Sauk County. I have started with that and eventually we will go through a complete redesign.

Investment Reading

I have been doing a crazy amount of investment reading, disease especially about real estate. I have read through Carleton Sheets’ Program, physiotherapy as well as working on my Real Estate Sales License. I have been reading many of the Rich Dad, buy more about Poor Dad line, as well as books such as Inc. and Grow Rich., The Complete Book of Trusts, and a book or two on Tax Lien Certificates. There is so much more that I need to read about. I feel very optimistic and excited about getting our financial independence started.
